What are your operating hours?

Operating Hours

Mon to Sun except Sat - 0900 am to 1800 pm.

Sat - 1100 am to 2000 pm.

Payment 

How do I make payment for the services?

We accept payment via PayNow, cash and Bank Transfer.

Our account is POSB 193051898.

Once the payment is completed, please WhatsApp 9383 4283 with your screenshot of the transaction details and we will acknowledged we have received your payment.

Delivery Fee

How much is the delivery fee?

All services starts from $10.00 per location except 1-3 days delivery which starts from $6.00 per location. Maximum weight 5 kg per location.

Are there any other surcharges?

Extra charges of $10.00 for deliveries to Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport ,military/police camps, PSA Terminal Wharves.

Extra charges of $5.00 for items above 5 kg per location. Maximum weight 20 kg per location.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! Enjoy greater savings when deliver more with us. Contact us at 9383 4283 to find out more.

Delivery

What are the types of services available?

The following services are available

  1. Food Delivery (2 Hours)

  2. Same Day Delivery (4 Hours)

  3. Express Delivery (1.5 Hours)

  4. 1 - 3 Days Delivery

Do you deliver to Tuas, Sentosa, Changi Airport ,military/police camps, PSA Terminal Wharves?

We will deliver your items to Sentosa, Tuas, or Changi Airport, military/police camps, PSA Terminal Wharves. We will only deliver to the guard house for both military/police camps and PSA Terminal Wharves. 

For deliveries to Changi Airport, we will only deliver to the arrival or departure halls door.

Do you have a minimum deliveries required?

No, we do not have any minimum deliveries required.

Can I cancel my delivery?

There is a 50% cancellation fee of the delivery charge if the booking is cancel in less than 1 hour to pickup time. 

Do you provide on-demand deliveries?

At the moment, we only provide scheduled and advanced services only. 

Do you provide contactless deliveries?

We will adopt contactless delivery options for door-step deliveries, which will be conducted in the following manner:

  1. We will knock on the door or ring the doorbell as usual. 

  2. Driver will leave it outside the premises either by hanging at the gate or placing the items where it is safe, take the photo for proof of delivery and leave.

How do I know if my items have been delivered?

We will provide a screenshot of the proof of delivery via whatsapp after every delivery.
